## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Applied Physics, or a related technical field
- Hands-on experience working with semiconductor capital equipment, electron microscopy equipment, or other complex electromechanical equipment
- Experience with equipment build, integration, bring-up, testing, troubleshooting, qualification, manufacturing, or technical product support
- Comfortable working directly on equipment in a lab, cleanroom, or manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills
- Experience working with engineering documentation such as BOMs, ECOs/ECNs, work instructions, test procedures, or configuration documentation
