## About the role

We are looking for our first broker-focused GTM hire to make Klaimee the product brokers reach for when their clients ask about AI agent risk. You will build this distribution channel from the ground up, working across retail brokers, wholesalers, specialty brokers, and technology practices. This is not a traditional broker relationship-management role. You will help define an entirely new insurance category, educate the market, generate submissions, and turn early broker relationships into repeatable distribution.

## What they're looking for

- You have 5 - 8 years of experience in commercial insurance distribution, brokerage, insurtech, or specialty insurance
- You understand how brokers evaluate new products and what it takes to move from initial interest to actual submissions
- You have existing relationships with brokers serving technology companies, AI companies, or other emerging risks
- You can explain complex coverage in plain language and make brokers feel confident introducing something new to their clients
- You are commercially driven and comfortable being measured on submissions, premium, and bound business
- You are willing to prospect and build relationships personally rather than relying on an established brand or inbound demand
