## About the role

The Media team continues to grow and so does our need for Media Operations experts. The Project Manager, Media Operations will establish clear processes and best practices and work with the media team to ensure we’re executing flawlessly against fast-paced timelines and complex plans. To succeed in this role will require exceptional organizational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholder groups.

## What they're looking for

- 8-10+ years of media operations or project management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably a media agency or in-house on a media team
- You have experience overseeing project management and/or operations for media clients with multiple stakeholders and efforts happening simultaneously
- You have experience working with key media processes and workflows, including media plan briefing, plan development, campaign execution, trafficking, reporting, and creative asset management
- You understand billing and reconciliation processes for media clients and for partners/vendors
- You work closely with departments like Data Science, Engineering, and Finance
- You have a collaborative, problem-solving mindset and work well with a variety of people and organizations
