Build operating rhythms, reviews, and forums that keep the Pro org aligned and focused on priorities. Lead and deliver cross-functional projects that don’t fit neatly into a single team but are critical to Pro’s success.

- 5–7 years in BizOps, Product Ops, Strategy, Consulting, or similar high-leverage roles with measurable impact
