Own the onboarding experience for Kraken Pro globally, end to end - from first landing through a client's first trade Constantly assess the funnel: identify what's working, what's not, and drive continuous UX improvement

- 4+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in onboarding, activation, or growth-oriented UX work
- Sharp product sense for user experience - able to spot friction, simplify complex flows, and design for trust and excitement
