## About the role

Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken’s hybridization efforts across Kraken Pro and Consumer Work across both Pro and Consumer, with particular emphasis on cross-functional alignment and advocating for roadmap priorities

## What they're looking for

- A proven track record of taking products from ideation through go-to-market and iteration
- On-chain experience is required, with experience closer to the underlying on-chain ecosystem strongly preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build internal buy-in across competing priorities
- Cross-functional social intelligence, including the ability to coordinate teams and navigate complex organizational dynamics
- Experience advocating for product roadmaps, particularly in a consumer environment
- Experience negotiating with external vendors, partners, or ecosystem participants
