## About the role

We’re seeking a visionary Senior Product Designer to own and continue evolving our design function as the sole product designer. This role is pivotal in shaping the user experience across al our products, ensuring that design is at the forefront of our product development process. You will be instrumental in defining our design vision, process and culture.

- Visual and Interaction Design Excellence – Skilled in creating polished, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces, from wireframes to high-fidelity designs and prototypes
- AI Augmented Design & Delivery – Ability to leverage AI assisted design and development tools (e.g., Figma Make, Claude Code, or similar) to accelerate exploration, prototyping, documentation, and handoff
- Spec- Driven & Systems Thinking – Strong understanding of spec-driven development (SDD), translating product intent and user needs into clear, structured specifications that scale across teams
- Prototyping, Testing & UX Writing – Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and refine designs, incorporating clear UX writing to improve usability and product clarity
