Kymera is a clinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering the field of targeted protein degradation (TPD) to develop medicines that address critical health problems and have the potential to dramatically improve patients’ lives. Kymera is deploying TPD to address disease targets and pathways inaccessible with conventional therapeutics.

## What they're looking for

- Advanced degree in a scientific or engineering discipline strongly preferred (e.g., PhD or MS in biology, immunology, pharmacology, biomedical engineering, bioengineering, chemical engineering, or a related field)
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly understand complex biology, mechanisms of action, clinical trial design, endpoints, and therapeutic landscapes and connect them to strategic and commercial implications
- Fluency in primary and secondary market research and comfort managing external vendors and expert interviews
- Experience building or critically evaluating patient-based forecasts, epidemiology models, scenario analyses, and commercial opportunity assessments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise, executive-ready PowerPoint materials and communicate effectively with scientific and senior business audiences
- High level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, strong comfort adopting AI-enabled research, synthesis, and knowledge-management tools and using them responsibly
