## About the role

Kymera is a clinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering the field of targeted protein degradation (TPD) to develop medicines that address critical health problems and have the potential to dramatically improve patients’ lives. Kymera is deploying TPD to address disease targets and pathways inaccessible with conventional therapeutics.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years in biotech or pharmaceutical environments with a minimum of 4 years in program management
- PhD or other advanced degree in scientifically oriented discipline preferred, PMP certification is a plus
- Track record of having managed internal programs, as well as a desire and ability to perform at a strategic leadership level as well as in a hands-on capacity
- Discovery, Research and Drug Development experience: pre-clinical discovery programs through all stages of small molecule drug development through registration and life cycle management
- Proven success as a cross-functional leader in managing matrix teams in highly complex, fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including specifically, the skills needed to manage difficult conversations and interactions as they arise
