## About the role

The Senior Director, Outcomes, Value & Access will serve as Kymera’s strategic leader for health economics, real-world evidence (RWE), value communication, and payer-relevant medical strategy across the pipeline. Reporting to the VP of Medical Affairs, this role will shape and execute the company’s integrated outcomes and access strategy to support optimized patient access, informed clinical decision-making, and successful product commercialization.

## What they're looking for

- Advanced degree: PharmD, PhD, MD, MS/MPH in HEOR, Epidemiology, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, HEOR, Market Access, or related roles in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated leadership in building or expanding HEOR or Medical Value/Access functions
- Strong therapeutic experience in immunology, with dermatology and/or respiratory as a plus
- Proven track record developing payer-focused HEOR strategy, RWE programs, value communication tools, and AMCP dossiers
- Experience engaging directly with national and regional payer decision-makers
