Own and exceed the regional bookings quota across net-new and installed-base growth; no daylight between your forecast and your result. Personally engage the largest, most strategic opportunities — be in the room where C-level deals are won.

## What they're looking for

- Proven track record of exceeding quota — as an individual contributor and as a front-line leader of enterprise software sales teams
- A hunter mentality, and a demonstrated ability to build teams of hunters who close
- Experience leading both new-logo and renewal/expansion motions, ideally in SaaS sold into the Office of the CFO
- Command of enterprise SaaS sales cycles (90–180 days), multi-stakeholder deals, and $250K–$1MM+ ACV opportunities
- Data-driven, no-surprises forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce
- Treasury, payments, FX/risk, or working capital background a strong plus
