## About the role

Ladder is seeking a talented Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting to join our exceptional Finance team. the Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting will report to the Senior Director of Accounting Policy, Reporting and Functional Enablement and will work closely with other team members within Finance, external parties and around the company.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- Relevant industry experience or Public accounting, CPA required
- 3+ years of financial reporting, public accounting or audit experience
- Advanced Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and controls preferred
