## About the role

Lead the quarterly and annual global income tax provision under ASC 740, including current and deferred taxes, valuation allowances, uncertain tax positions, tax-rate reconciliations, journal entries and disclosures. Own the tax close calendar and coordinate timely, complete data from Accounting, FP&A, Consolidations and other stakeholders; and lead the tax workstream with the company’s external auditors, including PBC requests, technical accounting support and timely resolution of audit matters.
