## About the role

We're looking for our first Revenue Marketer to build the demand engine for LanceDB from the ground up. This is a hands-on, founding role: you'll own the marketing that turns LanceDB's technical credibility and open-source momentum into an enterprise pipeline, with account-based marketing as your core motion.

## What they're looking for

- You thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and enjoy working with high-caliber teams
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing for technical products, with real depth in ABM and revenue marketing
- Track record of sourcing and influencing enterprise pipeline through account-based campaigns
- Hands-on experience building or scaling marketing motions at an early-stage or high-growth startup. You have taste and strong pattern-matching for common problems and will move quickly and with confidence
- Proven ability to own campaign execution end-to-end without needing a full team to support you
- Strong analytic instincts, with the ability to use data to draw conclusions and adjust as needed
