## About the role

Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, managing, and closing new business while collaborating closely with Product, Client Strategy, Marketing, and Leadership. As a small, fast-growing team, your scope will expand quickly, and your impact will be felt across the organization. We’re looking for someone who can execute quickly and think strategically—someone who wants to learn how a high-growth startup is built from the inside.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of closing experience in a customer-facing or revenue role (SaaS, startup, consulting, or similar preferred)
- Experience selling to mid-market and/or enterprise customers
- Strong communication and storytelling skills—you can explain complex ideas simply
- High sense of ownership and comfort working autonomously
- Coachable, curious, and eager to learn directly from founders and senior leaders
