## About the role

As a Product Manager, you will play a direct role in shaping the strategic direction of our product, with a deep focus on Generative AI, Systems, and UI/UX. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. This role will touch unique AI applications, technical solutions architecture, integration strategies, and implementation of our SaaS product.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of experience in product management or consulting
- 1+ years of experience successfully working with technical teams
- Proficiency in integration technologies such as APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware solutions
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve technical challenges
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise software integrations (e.g., ATS, HRIS, databases)
