## About the role

Draft, negotiate, and close standard commercial agreements independently — including NDAs, order forms, and customer, partner, and vendor agreements — from first draft to signature. Review and finalise AI-generated first-pass redlines and clause extractions on incoming contracts before they go out to counterparties.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years in contracts, legal operations, or deal desk in a SaaS/tech environment — no law degree required, but strong contract review and legal ops focus is essential
- Proven track record negotiating commercial agreements directly with customers, partners, and suppliers
- Technical contract fluency: security addenda, SLAs, API/integration terms, and complex partnership contracts such as OEM agreements
- Working knowledge of data protection, IP/IT law, and corporate matters — enough to spot issues and inform contract review
- Experience with CLM platforms (e.g. DocuSign) and/or CRM/ticketing tools such as Salesforce or Jira is a strong plus
- High ownership and autonomy — self-directs priorities, collaborates cross-functionally, and escalates judgment calls appropriately
