## About the role

You will design our technical approach to teaching agents how to understand and handle complex proteomic data, mapping out end-to-end data analysis workflows and working from instrument outputs to real scientific decisions. You will lead a team of software engineers and biologists building datasets to teach these agents to reason better across:

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years hands-on experience generating and analyzing proteomics data (eg. LC/MS)
- Demonstrated experience with at least one of metabolomics or lipidomics, ideally from a core facility, platform company, or pharma biomarker group
- Prior contribution to a novel proteomics method, tool, or published pipeline
- Proficiency in coding and agents
