- Partner with executives, hiring managers, Finance, and People Partners to turn workforce plans into clear hiring strategies and decisions
- Use recruiting data and quality-of-hire insights to improve sourcing, assessment, interview, selection, and closing practices, report progress, pipeline health, and risks to leadership
- Reimagine recruiting approaches for an AI-driven hiring market, increasing talent density while improving efficiency and decision quality
- Lead senior, executive, and business-critical searches directly as needed, including managing search-firm partnerships when appropriate
