## About the role

We're looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation journey for new enterprise customers. You'll sit at the center of every new deployment — orchestrating the work between customers and Laurel's implementation engineers, keeping projects on track, and ensuring every go-live is high quality, not just on time.

## What they're looking for

- - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
- - 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex technical implementations in a B2B SaaS environment
- - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements without sacrificing quality or responsiveness
- - Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Microsoft Planner, or comparable platforms, strong task-oriented design instincts
- - Technical aptitude to work directly with engineers — experience with Boomi, XPATH, or enterprise integration platforms is a strong plus
- - Familiarity with enterprise tech stacks: Microsoft 365, SSO protocols (SAML/OAuth), email, calendar, phone, and video conferencing systems
