## About the role

We are looking for someone who can run the investment process end to end, from finding a deal to closing it. This is a role for someone who wants real ownership early, enjoys being on the ground with founders, and can go deep on both the technology and the business. We value how you think and drive the investment process. Someone curious and genuinely interested in how technologies, businesses, markets, and investment structuring work would be the ideal candidate for this role.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 2+ years of investment experience
- Someone who has closed 2-4 deals end to end, or has been close enough to the full process to grow into running it independently with guidance
- Communication: Someone who can communicate clearly to build conviction in a deal/thesis
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical instincts. Comfortable analyzing financial models and business plans to form a clear view
- Comfortable with legal documentation and willing to get into the details of definitive agreements
- High ownership mindset, be a self-starter who can work independently in a remote setup and still stay close to the team
