## About the role

Layer Health is hiring Account Directors to lead and grow partnerships with our largest enterprise customers. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will serve as the primary executive owner for health systems adopting applied AI infrastructure - responsible for renewal, expansion, strategic alignment, and outcomes. You’ll combine senior-level relationship leadership, commercial strategy, and product fluency to help customers scale successfully with Layer.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of experience in enterprise account management, strategic accounts, or partnerships within healthcare technology, SaaS, or data/AI platforms
- Proven success managing large, complex health system or IDN relationships with executive stakeholders
- Strong understanding of healthcare data, clinical operations, EHR workflows, and interoperability (FHIR, HL7, etc.)
- Ability to articulate technical value in business terms, and business value in clinical terms
- Executive presence, consultative communication, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment
- Organized and analytical with strong forecasting capabilities (Salesforce proficiency preferred)
