## About the role

Strategic Planning & Execution - Partner with CEO to assess company progress vs. the annual plan - Coordinate and execute OKRs - Own quarterly business reviews (QBRs): define structure, metrics, and cadence - Responsible for the rhythm of the business, including task follow through, scheduling key meetings and preparing advance materials New Initiative Design - Develop business cases and project plans for new initiatives - Develop proposals and transition plans for cross-functional initiatives
