## About the role

The content strategist is the storyteller-in-chief. You’ll decide what stories we tell, how we tell them, and why they matter . From deep research to writing to shaping the final edit: you’ll be the creative engine driving Leap’s YouTube, Instagram, and content being used . This role is for someone who lives & breathes content — who watches a reel and instantly thinks “why did this work?” , who writes like a creator, not a copywriter, and who can turn a counselor’s advice into something students binge.
