## What they're looking for

- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license. Residency trained, board certification preferred
- 5+ years of clinical practice experience
- Comfort operating in a non-patient-facing, cross-functional role
- Comfortable operating with autonomy and helping shape a growing function
- Effective communication skills and demonstrated ability to lead credible physician-to-physician (peer-to-peer) conversations with prescribers
- Experience owning or contributing to clinical protocols, formulary/drug list, or P&T-style decisions
