## About the role

Leap is hiring a Senior Director, Specialty Benefits Programs to design and operate programs that align benefit design, clinical requirements, and member engagement to make Leap a seamless, preferred pathway for lower-cost, high-quality specialty drug and infusion care.

## What they're looking for

- Experience owning a healthcare product or offering from design through implementation and live operation
- Experience working directly with self-funded employers and TPAs, and navigating the operational dependencies required to implement benefit programs across employers, TPAs, health plans, networks, and utilization management partners
- Experience identifying capability gaps and building or contracting for solutions to address them
- Direct experience evaluating vendors and negotiating contracts and commercial terms
- Ability to make product and operational tradeoffs balancing member experience, client savings, and operational feasibility
- Comfortable serving as the product and technical expert in sales and client conversations
