## About the role

LearnLux is a full time CPA or Enrolled Agent. This is a tax guidance role, not a financial planning role. We are looking for someone with real experience filing returns for people with complex, high value equity compensation.

## What they're looking for

- Review and offer guidance on individual tax returns for clients with complex equity compensation, including ISOs, NSOs, RSUs, and AMT considerations
- Advise on tax implications of equity events like exercises, vesting, and sales, and flag planning opportunities before deadlines pass
- Partner with our CFP® team so tax positions and financial plans are coordinated for each client
- Guide individuals on tax efficient giving and investing strategies
- Help build and refine our internal Tax Pro processes and documentation as the service scales
- Stay current on tax law changes that affect equity compensation, AMT, and high net worth filings
