## About the role

Legion is hiring a Revenue Operations & Strategy Lead to build and operate the commercial system behind Provider Partnerships and referral growth. You will connect our growth goals to territories, account priorities, capacity, incentives, systems, data, workflows, and the decisions our field team makes every day.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of experience, or an equivalent record of impact, across revenue operations, commercial operations, strategy and operations, business operations, consulting, finance, or another highly analytical operating role
- A track record of owning complex, ambiguous initiatives from problem framing through implementation, adoption, and measurable business results
- Exceptional analytical and modeling ability across forecasting, capacity planning, territory design, resource allocation, scenario analysis, or performance management
- Working fluency with HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable commercial systems, plus comfort with spreadsheets, BI tools, SQL or SQL-adjacent analysis, and data-quality investigation
- Experience building practical operating processes and governance without creating unnecessary bureaucracy for the people doing the work
- Strong executive communication and judgment: you can turn complex analysis into a clear recommendation, decision, owner, and next step
