## About the role

Legora is going from ~250 people to roughly 1,600 inside a year, across 20+ locations and every time zone. The operating model has to change as we become an enterprise — and someone has to own the engine that keeps the whole company coordinated as it 7x. This is that role.

## What they're looking for

- 15+ years combining analytical rigor with hands-on operating work — consulting/banking into an operator seat, or an equivalent path — including time leading people
- A track record running company-wide planning (OKRs, metric trees, operating cadence) at 1000+ people, ideally through hyper-growth
- Strong analytics fluency — comfortable owning a metric tree end to end and driving a data-informed MBR/QBR cadence, using SQL and building relevant dashboards
- Operating judgment across altitudes — you move from a leadership-committee deck to an in-the-weeds implementation call without missing a beat
- Executive presence and backbone: you build trust fast and drive outcomes through influence in rooms with founders and VPs
- A builder's bias: you create the structure, you don't wait to inherit it. You treat "can an agent do this?" as the first question, given headcount is the binding constraint
