## About the role

Legora is hiring a GTM Compensation, Planning & Performance Analyst to help build and operate the analytical infrastructure behind our global go-to-market organization. Working within Revenue Operations, you will support three critical areas:

## What they're looking for

- You have 1+ years of experience in an analytical environment such as Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, strategic finance, investment banking, management consulting, venture capital, private equity, or a high-growth SaaS company
- You have strong analytical and financial-modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- You are comfortable working with large datasets and have experience with, or a strong interest in learning, SQL and Snowflake
- You approach detailed, high-stakes work with care and can identify inconsistencies across multiple data sources
- You communicate clearly and can turn complex analysis into concise conclusions
- You are organized and capable of coordinating recurring processes involving several stakeholders and deadlines
