## About the role

You'll own commercial growth across one of Legora's most strategic markets. Combining your understanding of the Private Markets ecosystem with commercial ownership, you'll help leading investment firms transform how they work with AI. This is a quota-carrying role with end-to-end responsibility for pipeline and revenue. You'll build relationships with senior investment professionals, lead complex enterprise sales processes, and help shape how Legora wins across the Private Markets sector.

## What they're looking for

- Experience within Private Equity, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, Management Consulting or a commercial role focused on selling into the Private Markets sector
- A track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing complex buying decisions
- Strong understanding of Private Markets investment processes and the challenges facing investment teams
- Commercial ambition with the ability to own pipeline, manage complex enterprise sales cycles and consistently deliver against revenue targets
- A consultative approach to selling, with the ability to translate complex technology into clear commercial value for investment professionals
- High ownership and urgency. You proactively identify opportunities, solve problems and drive commercial outcomes without waiting for direction
