## About the role

Few companies at this stage have this much to re-design at once: rapid geographic expansion and starting multiple legal entities put demands on our People Tech function to keep the pace. As People Tech Manager, you’ll work on the design, implementation, and scaling of the systems, tools, and data infrastructure that power our people operations as we grow.

## What they're looking for

- You balance technical execution with long term thinking. You’re comfortable configuring complex HRIS workflows and maintaining integrations, while planning for what the organisation will need at a significantly larger scale
- You have 4+ years managing internal or people technology in high-growth environments, ideally at a company that has experienced rapid expansion
- You have deep, hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms and the broader HR technology ecosystem
- You have the technical fluency to configure, maintain, and evolve cloud-based integrations and event-driven workflows
- You are strong on stakeholder management and the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
- You are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and iterating quickly
