## About the role

The IT and AI Enablement function exists to make Legora itself run as well as the product we sell: secure, automated, and improving over time. As our Workplace Technology Specialist in New York, you'll help keep the technology our employees use every day working smoothly, from laptops and onboarding to meeting rooms and office connectivity. - You have 3+ years of hands-on IT support, workplace technology, desktop support, or similar experience, or equivalent practical experience
- You can troubleshoot macOS devices, common business applications, peripherals, and basic network issues. You work through problems methodically and know when to ask for help
