## About the role

Quickly communicate and build rapport with our customers, while providing top-notch service by phone and email through a claim, from end-to-end Obtain, evaluate, and investigate facts of loss for the timely settlement of claims

## What they're looking for

- 1 year of property claim handling experience, handling all perils and causes of loss including theft, water, and fire
- Ability to absorb and excel in a very fast paced and dynamic work environment
- Claim handling experience in an effective desk management environment
- Experience handling complex Contents and Loss of Use claims
- Experience working with large national property direct repair vendors and adjusting firms
- Empathy, patience, positivity, and a passion for outstanding customer experiences
