Investigate and handle liability claims from first notice to final resolution — owning the full lifecycle Pay claims efficiently and fairly, keeping customer experience front and center throughout

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of property liability and injury liability claims-handling experience
- A background with litigated and attorney-represented files — a significant advantage
- Property & Casualty adjuster license in your resident state strongly preferred — if you don't have one yet, we'll help you get there within your first 3 months
- Experience with a large national carrier, ideally supporting renters or homeowners customers
- Genuine empathy, patience, and the ability to bring calm to stressful situations
- Comfort with new technology and tools — you adapt quickly and don't shy away from change
