## About the role

Digital sales AI agents - Design, build and operate conversational AI agents (voice and chat, Arabic and English) that engage inbound SME enquiries, capture qualification data and hand off cleanly to relationship managers. Automation build - Own the ElevenLabs voice stack and the n8n orchestration layer, webhooks, API integrations, retries, error handling and logging so no lead is dropped when a system fails. Write, version and evaluate agent prompts and guardrails.

## What they're looking for

- Fluent Arabic and professional English communication skills are essential
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations, with hands-on experience managing paid acquisition and marketing automation
- Demonstrated hands-on experience building and launching an AI agent, chatbot or automated lead qualification workflow
- Strong experience using HubSpot (Sales and Marketing Hub) for lead management, automation and/or lead scoring
- Hands-on experience with n8n, ElevenLabs and LLM APIs to build and manage automated workflows
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM) and major paid media platforms
