## About the role

Own the product strategy and roadmap for a major product area, aligned with Lendo's wider business objectives. Identify and prioritise the highest-value opportunities using customer insight, market developments and product performance.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field
- 6+ years of total experience, including at least 4 years in Product Management or Product Ownership
- Demonstrated experience owning digital products from discovery through launch, optimisation and scale, with measurable customer or business outcomes
- Experience within fintech, banking, lending, payments or another fast-paced digital product environment is preferred
- Strong understanding of product analytics, Agile delivery and UX/UI principles, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions
- Strong practical understanding of AI tools and AI-enabled product development, with experience using AI to improve how product teams work
