LeoLabs is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to support strategic growth opportunities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role serves as a critical technical partner to Business Development, helping customers understand how LeoLabs' Space Domain Awareness capabilities can solve complex operational challenges and support mission objectives.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Space Systems, or a related technical discipline. Advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Capture Management, Technical Business Development, Systems Engineering, or Technical Program Management
- Demonstrated experience supporting government, defense, aerospace, intelligence, or commercial technology customers
- Experience supporting competitive procurements, including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, Statements of Work, proposal development, and technical evaluations
- Strong technical writing skills with experience developing proposals, technical documentation, white papers, or customer-facing technical content
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to develop complex technical solutions
