## About the role

We seek an experienced product designer to lead the design of a new tool aimed at giving doctors superpowers. If you’re driven by user experience, enjoy the challenge of solving complex design problems with easy-to-use solutions, and are looking to play a critical role in taking a product from 0 to 1, this role is for you. Lead the design of high-end, impactful product experiences for Leona’s digital products

## What they're looking for

- Has a proven track record of designing mobile-first digital products, with at least 7 years of relevant work experience
- Spanish & English language fluency
- Mastery of the various tools needed for each step of the design process
- Feels comfortable taking ideas from wireframes to pixel-perfect deliverables, and is excited about defining and owning this process
- Experience working closely with engineers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
