## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager in EdTech, interactive media, digital product development, or related fields with a focus on complex, multi-disciplinary projects
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and keep sophisticated digital projects moving forward on time and within scope
- Strong understanding of digital development processes and the unique considerations of building interactive experiences
- Track record of being a partner and enabler rather than a gatekeeper—you clear paths, you don't create obstacles
