## About the role

Develop and Execute Social Strategy : Create and manage comprehensive social media strategies for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Discord, Reddit and X, tailored to each platform’s unique audience, content formats, and algorithms. Content Leadership : Oversee the planning, creation, and publishing of engaging, educational, and entertaining content (short-form video, Reels, carousels, threads, live sessions, etc.) that resonates with Gen A students, parents, educators, and adult learners.

## What they're looking for

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on social media management experience, with proven success managing TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X for a brand (EdTech, consumer, gaming or education-related experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in crisis communications or reputation management on social– you've been in the room when something went wrong and helped navigate it
- Strong instincts for when to respond, when to escalate, and when to let something pass, with the judgement to tell the difference under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to understand and adapt content to different platform audiences and best practices
- Strong portfolio showcasing growth in followers, engagement rates, and campaign results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you’re a natural storyteller who can write scroll-stopping captions and a measured holding statement with equal fluency
