## About the role

LevelTen Engineering is hiring a Program Manager, Engineering Operations to partner with the Technical Program Management function and help the engineering organization deliver more effectively. The role has two halves that reinforce each other. The first is hands-on program delivery: running internal engineering projects, tracking deliverables and timelines, building contingency plans, and navigating a matrixed organization where engineering resources are shared across competing priorities.

## What they're looking for

- 2 to 4 years of experience in technical program management, engineering operations, or a comparable delivery-focused role within a software organization
- Working knowledge of software development methodologies, including Kanban, Scrum, and Agile practices, with a practical sense of when each is the right fit
- Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and deliverables across teams you do not directly manage, and to influence without authority
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable pulling and interpreting delivery data rather than simply organizing it
- Exceptional organization, able to hold many parallel threads without dropping them and to bring order to ambiguous or incomplete inputs
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the range to shift between engineer-facing detail and executive-facing summary
