## About the role

The Returns Authorization Claims Coordinator is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely processing of approved dealer return requests. This role manages return information in company systems, reviews dealer inspection results and documentation, verifies returned products against approved records, and investigates discrepancies between dealer submissions, warehouse receipts, and internal system data.

- Candidates without a bachelor’s degree must have sufficient relevant professional experience demonstrating comparable knowledge and skills applicable to the position
- Relevant experience may include dealer support, returns management, logistics, operations, customer service, financial reconciliation, data management, or related business functions
