## About the role

LG Electronics is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to run the commercial operations backbone of our Smart Factory Solutions business in North America. This is an individual contributor role within the Smart Factory Solutions sales organization. The Sales Operations Manager owns quote and proposal document preparation, contract and supplier registration administration, pricing tools, and pipeline reporting, so that the sales team can spend its time with customers.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years in sales operations, sales support, contract administration, or customer account administration for an industrial or manufacturing supplier
- Experience with customer procurement portals and supplier registration processes for large manufacturers
- Experience administering NDAs and commercial contracts through legal and signature workflows
- Experience supporting a sales team with quotes, pricing tools, and pipeline reporting
- Experience working with overseas headquarters teams across time zones (preferred)
