## About the role

As the Staff Regulatory Compliance Engineer, you will be responsible for keeping abreast of new and changing building codes and how they impact the installation and commissioning of LG Airconditioning Technologies products.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of HVAC regulatory compliance experience, with demonstrated success in at least one high-volume HVAC category (residential light commercial, commercial refrigeration, or process HVAC)
- Deep working knowledge of IECC, ASHRAE, NEC, and NFPA— able to navigate state and local amendments without always defaulting to a compliance consultant
- Hands-on experience managing testing and certification programs (UL, CSA, AHRI, ETL) — you know what lab scope, test criteria, and report formats mean for a product’s market readiness
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards
- Ability to write technical documentation that your peers and field sales teams actually read and trust: clear, authoritative, code-cited
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
