## About the role

We're hiring a Director of IT to own IT Operations and IT Engineering end to end; enterprise identity, endpoint management, corporate infrastructure, collaboration tooling, and the service model our distributed workforce depends on. This opportunity will allow you to reimagine how IT operates in an AI Native environment and bring an engineering mindset to how the function runs: structured, automated, and metrics-driven.

## What they're looking for

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, including at least 7-8 years in a senior leadership role directing multiple teams or functions
- Deep hands-on grounding in modern IT infrastructure: identity and access management, endpoint management, cloud collaboration platforms, and enterprise networking
- Experience embedding AI tools and automation into IT operations and employee productivity workflows
- Demonstrated security-first judgment partnering with Security and Compliance teams
- Experience owning budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement decisions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with non-technical teams
