## About the role

We are seeking a business-oriented intellectual property attorney with 5+ years of experience in IP portfolio management and transactional work to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with teams across Life360 to support a high-growth phase for the Life360 family of consumer mobile software applications and hardware devices, including Tile and Pet GPS.

## What they're looking for

- J.D. from an accredited US law school and membership in good standing in at least one state bar, undergraduate degree in a technical discipline like computer science is a plus
- Demonstrated background in IP counseling, such as advising on trademark, patent, and open source matters
- Experience and/or interest in drafting, revising, and negotiating complex contracts involving intellectual property rights
- Demonstrated interest in using AI-powered tools and leveraging technology to improve efficiency
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
