## About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Stock Plan Administrator to own the day-to-day operations of our global equity incentive programs, including stock options and restricted stock units (“RSUs”), with employee stock purchase plans (“ESPPs”) on our roadmap for the future.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of general and programmatic stock administration experience at a U.S. public company, ideally within a SaaS growth environment
- Experience building a scalable stock program for a public company, including launching an ESPP
- Strong attention to detail and organized project-management skills, ability to self-audit for data integrity and accuracy, including reviewing the work of others
- Proven experience with automating manual work or improving process efficiency
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proven ability to make informed decisions
