## About the role

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help Lightning AI’s go-to-market teams ramp faster, sell sharper, and operate with a shared AI forward playbook.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of Revenue Operations or related Operations role at a fast-growth venture-backed SaaS startup
- Strong understanding of Rev Ops best practices
- Highly analytical
- Hands-on experience managing a modern SaaS tech stack (e.g. Hubspot, Gong, Ironclad, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Proven experience partnering with Sales teams and presenting insights and recommendations to CRO
- Experience leveraging AI tools and automation
