We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise who thrives at the intersection of customer empathy, technical depth, and execution. You’ll own identifying high-impact opportunities from our enterprise customers and ensure that when something is broken, it gets fixed—fast and well. This is not just about roadmap delivery: you’ll be the voice of our enterprise customers inside Lightning, ensuring their needs influence our strategy while driving execution with engineering, design, and GTM teams. - 5+ years in product management in high-growth SaaS, including 2+ years in enterprise B2B with land-and-expand or post-sales visibility
- Track record of identifying and executing on high-revenue enterprise opportunities while influencing product direction
- Strong empathy for technical users, familiarity with APIs, developer workflows, and integration challenges
